[12:06 AM EDT - Survivor of the Leafs.]

Hey, apparently there was no ultimate practice today. Well, we didn't find out about that until we got down there. Since we were in the area, we dropped by DeeL's place for dinner and watched the game. I ended up watching the last episode of survivor 2 as well since that was what everyone else was watching. Interesting stuff, but I'd rather be playing ultimate.

Umm, Laz and NVM have updates up. I haven't bothered looking around for any other updates though.

[10:27 AM EDT - Cooler.]

It's cooler out there today than it was yesterday (although we did hit a high of 30.6 degrees yesterday). I biked again this morning. Man, it's such a nice thing to do in the morning, and it's so much better in the afternoon being in the open air, rather than stuck in traffic in a hot and stuffy car.

Anyway, back to work.

[1:47 PM EDT - Sunnybrook.]

I just needed to put up a link to this map so that I don't forget.

[5:33 PM EDT - Wah!]

Man oh man, my first crack at upgrading went by a little less smoothly as anticipated. I was even very tempted to quit halfway through because I wasn't quite sure if I knew what to do, but I kept plugging away, and things worked out in the end. *wipes brow* Man, it's time for me to eat lunch!

[8:23 PM EDT - What a pain in the..]

My computer died. I was playing Counter-Strike when it hung. It froze completely. It had never done that before. (Nor did it ever screw up the mouse cursor before, but it also happened today). I tried rebooting the system, but when it powered on again I got nothing. The power was on, but nothing was going to the monitor. I didn't even hear the familiar beeps and clicks that you normally hear during startup. It was a very bad sign. I let the system cool down during dinner, but when I came back.. Nothing. Argh!

[8:46 PM EDT - It's alive! It's alive!]

Yay! My computer's back up and running again. It must've been a heat problem because I left my fan blowing over the system while I was washing the dishes and the system came back to life after I had finished. Whew! *wipes brow* Now this begs the question: Why does a house with central air conditioning not use it during a heat wave?!?

Such are the mysteries of life. *turns on another fan*
