[10:40 AM EDT - Desperately seeking shampoo.]

Argh! I went through the last of my shampoo yesterday and had just remembered to go downstairs to pick some up. Unfortunately, there was none left in our supply. (Some conditioner, and lots of dishwashing stuff, but no shampoo.) Heading back into the washroom to make sure I didn't miss anything, I checked out the bottles that were in the stall. Hmm.. conditioner, conditioner, conditioner, body wash, conditioner, conditioner..

In all, there was one bottle of body wash, and nine bottles of conditioner. Nine! Why the heck do we have nine bottles of conditioner?!? I don't even use that stuff! (A conditioner for every day in the week, and special occasions?) I don't understand females sometimes. *grabs bar of soap*

[11:07 AM EDT - Dream Sequence: The fall of Eden.]

Hey, I just saw on the ShackNews that Star Trek is going to be taking a Quantum Leap. Oh boy.

I had some strange dreams last night, I can only remember snippets, but I do remember a part where I was in a FPS type environment, wondering why my rifle-type weapon was not taking down a lepord type creature that was heading towards me. (Curse my lousy aim!) Then the TOW rocket I fired had a huge wire attached and moved at walking speed. Strange, strange.

There was also a part where I found myself being one foot shorter. It was strange walking around and looking up to everyone. (Sure was belittling myself there..)

Finally, there was one scene that stands out vividly in my memory. I was supposed to acquire a relic from a barren winter wasteland for some odd reason. As I trudged along the frozen river, I had a flashback to a time when the white land was green, the sun was shining, and the river was flowing. As far as the eye could see were animals. Animals of all different types were mingling around the fields, packed like people on a beach, but they were playing with each other, milling about, with the antelopes grazing next to the resting lions, or cubs playing with the wolves. It was a utopia, a place where you always hoped your dead cat/dog/fish/gerbil would've gone after they've left this mortal realm.

There was another flash, and I saw the aftermath. The fields were littered with bodies. Thousands upon thousands of gutted, mangled carcasses as far as the eye could see. The landscape was painted red and the river flowed with their blood. nothing stirred amongst the piles of bodies. Not even a fly. There was nothing left alive, and the rambunctious chatter from before was replaced with silence. Dead silence.

I wanted to cry.

[11:12 AM EDT - Happy Mother's Day!]

Well, it's time to get up and do stuff huh? I've got volleyball later, and there's going to be a party held at my place. So cleanup is in order.

Laz and NVM have updates up, but that's about it. Time to go.

[3:35 PM EDT - Not enough energy..]

Erk. I just got back from volleyball. The events from yesterday have consipred to sap all of my strength today (and also make me very, very sore *nurses shoulder*). I couldn't get the ball over the net for the longest time. It was quite pathetic. I definitely need to go to bed early tonight.

[6:21 PM EDT - Family thing.]

Yup, this is going to be a big family feast. Relatives are supposed to be pouring into the house now so I should get off the computer soon. *sigh*
