Erk. I was awfully tired this morning. I should go to bed earlier. *yawns* I've got a lot of coding to do today. Yay.
Hey, I forgot to mention something on Monday. Some girl came by to visit the office that day but I never got to see who it was. Well, I did see the her back and thought I heard her voice, but that doesn't count. Being Easter and all, I thought that it might be LC.. *thinks* Naw! I couldn't have been! *thinks some more* Drat! I should've checked!
Now that I've depressed myself, I think I'm going to drown my sorrows in some soup.
I went on a mission to buy myself a hockey stick. The one that I have right now is not really mine and it's much too short. So, I remember hearing from HaremPresident that there was some sort of sale going on at National Sports somewhere near I worked. I think. Too bad I didn't write it down, but it didn't stop me from going out in the middle of rush hour (with a full bladder) to check!
So I plunged myself into the midst of rush hour, mingling with the other cars trying to "rush" around and hoping that I was going in the right direction. I headed north, I went west, I tried south and I finally went east. No luck. I had completely forgotten where the darned store was and I ended up wasting an hour going around in a circle. Throughout this ordeal, I was wondering why I didn't just walk off with the stick that I used from University, but I kept telling myself that the stick belonged to the room (it was in the room when I moved into there) and not to me. Well, that's what I keep telling myself. *kicks self*
I eventually stopped off at the Canadian Tire on the way and checked their sporting goods section. Wandering into the hockey section, I was a little surprised to see golfing equipment. Perhaps I was in the wrong aisle? *checks* Nope, inline skates. Maybe it's the next one? Fishing equipment. Previous one? Tennis and baseball. Argh! I had wasted several minutes wandering around for a stick and I felt as if my bladder was about to explode! (Ooh, icky thought.)
On my way out, I saw (out in the main aisle) what looked like.. yes! There were a few (well, ten) hockey sticks plainly displayed on a barren shelf. (Barren apart from the sticks of course.) Checking them over, I noticed that a good number of them were left handed. *gives thumbs up* I even noticed that a few of them were the same brand as the one I borrowed at the last game I went to. Who would've thunk?
I grabbed one. The price wasn't all too bad too, and I finally got to use some Canadian Tire money I've been holding since the last millennium. Okay, bad joke, but I think that holding on to fifty-five cents on the off chance I'll be able to use it at Canadian Tire seems kinda dumb.
Oh great, I was given more Canadian Tire money. *looks down at bills* It's a conspiracy I tell you! *shakes fist*
Anyway, I got home and I didn't burst any internal organs thankouverymuch. Furthermore, I've got a hockey stick, and I can now try to return the other hockey stick.. somehow.
I think I'll listen to some music.

Hey, I was able to finish all of that coding I was given yesterday. Coolio. I'm going back tomorrow to see what else needs to be done. Boy, there's always so much to do..
I've got a call to make later today. Will I forget? Unlikely.

I found this at the ShackNews. Well, although I don't believe the results. At least I have something to look forward to! *straightens tie*

My GOD! She's alive! Well, actually, from what I read on your page (which I assume was written by you and not some psycho crazy chick.. oh wait, that IS you!) I can tell that at least one of us was able to go out and travel (To Hawaii, San Fran, Vegas..).
No no no.. I'm not bitter. (Not like the furthest I've gone travelling in the past four months was to Brampton.)
Ahem, but I digress.
