I ache. I ache all over. I think I'm going to collapse. I haven't done this type of exercise in quite a long time and it shows. I thought I was going to puke in the middle of the routine after having one (or four) too many cups of cold water. Fortunately, I was able to keep my lunch in check.
Anyway, the lesson was interesting, and quite different than the Aiki-Jujitsu I took ages past. Too bad the forms don't compliment each other that well..
Anyway, if you're tired and want to listen to someone else talk about themselves, you can check out Laz's page, which seems to be the only one recently updated.

If you think you're sore now, wait until Saturday morning. Peak soreness after a (too) strenous workout is two days after the deed was done.
Heh, just make sure you find a martial art that's *fun*. Otherwise, you'd merely be a masochist.
The forms don't complement each other well? Do you mean the forms don't mesh with Jujitsu? Or that the forms within the style didn't mesh?
