I'm back! Wow, it sure has been a long time..
I got a message from MJO who gave me this link to an interesting story..
I guess I'll be spending most of tonight updating my page and giving a little recap (including pictures) of the past two weeks.. oh joy.
Got around to finishing up some errands, collecting money, giving money, registering, moving things, checking e-mail (and deleting most of them), and of course, I still have this thing to update.. *sigh*.
Worked on the pictures and got them all formatted, now all I have to do is figure which ones I should put up (they're under review ATM). I also have to make up some descriptions for most of them since Laz took a fair number and I don't have and notes for them. Gah!
Lost a computer and gained one. Bernstein's gone from the main office, so I had to go downstairs to work on the pictures, but I think we got a new Origin! Add this to the fact that those blokes have finally put in the ethernet cables in the lab, we might be feeling a considerable boost in speed and power down here..
Picked up some bnc5 wire from whatever they were throwing out of the red room, we'll have to see if they work or not..
I should get going.. too much stuff to write, and it's getting dark. Hopefully I'll be able to write more tomorrow.. we'll see how far I get.
