[9:15 AM EDT - Tired, for some reason.]

I went to bed earlier last night than I did the night before, but I still feel like I have not slept one wink. Maybe it was because of badminton? But no, I had broomball on Tuesday. Ah well, hopefully I will be awake soon enough.

[Friday, October 19, 2007: From Persia to India.]

R6_Chic had been in the mood to go out for dinner for the past week. My interest was perked by the idea of going out for Persian food since she had that as a possibility.

After some discussion, we decided to go to some Persian restaurant in Thornhill, but just before I left work, I got a message from R6_Chic that the Persian meal was canceled and that we would be going to The Indian Kitchen which was on the same intersection.

The reason for the change was because nobody going knew where the Persian restaurant was. Rather than blindly hunting for one in the area, R6_Chic picked a good restaurant that she had been to before.

I got there first, after being told that people were on their way and I was still at work. *shakes fist* Seven, JSL, Impossible, and Garfield rounded out the group.

One thing that I noticed was that the apartment that was connected to the restaurant was the same one where we met up with that cute girl with the motorcycle last year. (Yes, I rode to the restaurant.) None of the people who came out to dinner also met that cute girl, so I could not confirm.

The food was really tasty, and R6_Chic wanted us to try the Murgh Tikka Lababdar. Tasty, but I still like the 'Murgh Makhani' better.

Funny enough, I do have a Persian co-worker. She told me today that there was a nice Persian restaurant in the area where we were looking called Karoon (there is apparently some belly dancing there).
