[12:33 AM EDT - Chilly ride.]

It has gotten rather cold outside of late. Evening rides are not as warm as they used to be. The party was okay, I spent most of the night eating and playing Guitar Hero. It was a pretty fun game actually, and quite entertaining to watch.

Now that I have my computer in my living room, I can not surf the net in the nude or anything like that. I guess it should also curb some of my bad habits as well no?

The 15" monitor I currently use as my secondary monitor (the old GoldStar which came with my Pentium 133 thirteen years ago) is remarkably good. The resolutions you can get on that thing are a lot higher than one would expect from a smaller monitor. Well, at least it is a lot better than the 15" I stole from MJNL, and it was an IBM monitor!

I still have a few more things to move into place for my new work area, but most of the setup is done, and all of the computers are hooked up now (all two of them). I still have the parts to two (well, one really) computers lying around that I need to fix, but hopefully I'll have it done by this weekend. I would like to see if I can salvage anything from it..

[10:59 AM EDT - Ankle limp.]

Ugh. I knew I should not have played with those holey socks! I ended up putting on some holey socks for hockey on Saturday and the location of one of the holes is where my ankle contacts with the side of the skate. By the time we were halfway through the game, my ankle started to hurt and it was not until after the game that I saw that the skin had been scraped off there. Now it hurts whenever I walk around in shoes because my shoes and boots contact that area whenever I take a step. Stupid!
