[10:00 AM EST - A little behind.]

So I am running a little behind with the updates. I have been busy but there really is not much to talk about. Anyway, I rode to work this morning and I got my braces readjusted. It should be getting close, from what I keep hearing. (About the braces that is.)

It should be snowing this coming weekend, so I am getting in as much riding as possible in this decent (although very wet) weather.

[3:31 PM EST - A little more than normal.]

I guess I have gotten used to the rather minor adjustments to my orthodontics over the past year. The change today seemed minor as well, but it has certainly started to build up over the course of the day.

There is not much else to do for my teeth but to make sure they line up horizontally. The jaws are slightly misaligned, and that is what this adjustment was done to fix. Oi, dinner will be difficult.

[9:51 PM EST - I have a new fan!]

MJNL would be proud of me. My new motor and fan for my range hood came in this afternoon so I got home from badminton, picked up the package, and immediately set to work installing the replacement equipment into my range hood. After taking a look at the new motor and sound suppressor, I realized how the whole darned thing was put together, so it only took me a couple of minutes to finish dismantling the parts I needed to remove. The hardest part was getting the motor in place: it was an extremely tight fit. Actually, no. The hardest was when I dropped the pin that held the fan in place down the side of the stove. I had to go underneath the oven to retrieve it.

I take it back, getting the screws in were the hardest, since I could not see if the screws lined up with the holes on the suppressor. It also would have helped if I was screwing in the right (clockwise) direction.

In any case, I was finally done and finished with the whole ordeal and hour and a bit later. So now I can cross off yet another task I needed to do before MJNL gets back.

What is next on the list?
