Man, one wonders why there are so many barriers to go up the chain of command, but when you're there, you realize that humans aren't machines; we can't process an infinite amount of information in a finite amount of time. That's really too bad.

Ah, so this reunion thing is actually going fairly well. I had completely forgotten that most of the guys aren't single (as opposed to in high school) so I have to take that into account when planning this event.
Craziness. Planning only makes things worse because people expect plans to make things easier.
Speaking of plans, I need to figure out what to do in the next couple of days to maximize work done and completed chores.

You know, after everything was done and over with last week, I felt different. I mean, I had washed my hands months ago, but this is just a lot better closure don't you think? I've started looking around a bit and saw some interesting things going on in the KW area, but life is never as perfect as one hopes it to be huh?
I was thrown a curveball this year (from left field no less) and it's come back at me with full force. Hopefully the outcome will have been determined in a couple of months, and either way it ends up, it should give me some room to clean up a few more threads. All I need is the courage to step forward, and the will to keep going.

Geez, I really shouldn't be complaining, but I had forgotten how to turn on the CTRL-ALT-DEL login method in WinXP and went through the help module to find a way to turn it on. Unfortunately, the steps they take aren't exactly correct. *shakes fist*
