I've been looking around for some sort of javascript to show off a chess game (or thirty) and came across this tutorial. I found it somewhat interesting actually, although a little slow. Still, it's easy to read and those of you who are interested in learning javascript (and also like chess) might want to check it out.

While I was at it, I came across some nice chess fonts as well. Hmm, this might make the graphics moot? (That is, if people actually download the font.)

I (actually my dad) picked up a universal hanger this weekend and I noticed that my muffler's hanging just a tad lower this morning (it is now two inches from the ground). I kept scraping the ground every time I hit a moderate bump, which means I need to make an adjustment sooner rather than later.
Also, I was playing around with that chess font into the wee hours in the morning to get it to work in the browser. IE seems to have more problems with it than NS7. Strange. At least it looks presentable. It should be an intersting idea. I wonder if there is a difference in speed when using fonts rather than images. (Mind you, by using fonts, text based browsers will not likely see anything, so I may go back to using graphics.)

I got a link from girl on the ongoing mad cow disease scare up in Canada. I heard about the poll this morning on the radio, but I didn't really make a note of it.
Also, I came across a good site for beginner web publishers on tips for web pages. I guess I can't force everyone to download the chess font huh?
Finally I got around to downloading the Halo 2 E3 trailer. I'll check it out tonight.
I found this page talking about quantum time. One of the reasons why I found Quantum Mechanics so fascinating (although also very confusing).

This problem with the site's been bothering me for a while: Sometimes the page won't reload when you finish a comment. I don't know why that would not work. The script seems to be okay. Ah.. whenever I have time I guess I'll look into it.
Badminton was okay. I didn't run myself ragged at least. That's good since I've got ultimate tomorrow. Hopefully my car won'f fall apart before I get there.
Speaking of the car. I was surprised to see how much milage I got on my last tank. It was reading half full, but also showing over 400km. There was no way it could be that full I told myself, but when I tried filling up, I found out that it was indeed only a little under half full. Could I have filled up before resetting the odometer? *scratches head* I don't think so..
