Man, that Settlers of Catan java game is pretty addictive. So is that Bejeweled game too. Ugh. I don't have time to update now. Hopefully I'll find time this afternoon.

I don't have much time to spare since I really need to go to sleep early tonight. I've had less sleep this weekend than I usuauly get and I've been running myself ragged to boot. Aren't weekends supposed to be relaxing? Geez.
Anyway, from the ShackNews comes a scary paper cut story, SACDs, falling silly putty, the ever shrinking fuel cell, some sort of Big Bang echo, and Sun's attempt to get rid of sa's.

I got up this morning and looked at the clock. It read 11:04. Since my clock runs slow, I realized that I was already ten minutes late for our weekly NWN adventure. Crap!!
I quickly booted my system and wondered if I'd be the last one on. I was. Ah well, at least they took their time roaming around the town (of Penultima) and meeting the locals. ("But there are only two beds..")
The game went fairly well, although the server crashed a couple of times. Unfortunately, I had to go because I had an ultimate game this afternoon so the adventure was cut a little short. Ah well, there's always next week right? Actually..
Ultimate went pretty well. We had a LOT of people show up for the game today. Eleven guys and eight girls. These types of turnouts are nearly unheard of! Of course, this was the first game of the season so I expect turnout to be closer to five and four by mid-season. Anyway, the other team was hurting for players, so by halftime, we lent them a few of our guys. We got hit by a quick shower, but the game progressed, and we breezed to an easy 15-4 win. Man, I don't get to win many ultimate games, so I might as well enjoy this one while it lasts right?
I got back home to shower, make dinner, eat, drive around, and do some bookkeeping. Oh boy, now I've got more updating to do..
Oh yeah, about next week, our next ultimate game is at noon..

Someone beat my Set game time on that java applet! *shakes fist* Curses! This means that I have to beat 3:53.. *hangs head* I'm in no condition to do it now. (Although I did try for the past hour. Average times are in the four minute range but it's not GOOD enough!!)
