Hmm.. I don't know what the heck I was sniffing when I wrote the first entry. Oh yeah, now I remember.
We've been getting kind of funky weather for the past week now, but I don't have too much to complain about. I'm inside most of the time so I don't really miss out on all too much. My foot's getting better, I was tempted to go out and throw the disc around for a little while.. but I thought better of it.
I should be finished with applying the medication on a few day's time. By then the swelling should be gone, and I should be able to walk properly. I don't know about running or jumping, but I'll take whatever I can get! I also have to do some physio or something as well.. hmm.
Okay, back to what I was doing before..

Hmm, I've been reading up on the (non) convalescence of your foot and I'm wondering: have you tried taking anti-inflammatories? Advil/Ibuprofen is not only a painkiller but also an anti-inflammatory and speeds healing. OTOH, if the swelling/heat/redness has gone away already, it won't do much. Oh, btw, I'm not licensed to practice yet and I sure as heck don't have malpractice insurance. You've been warned... HKL
