[2:08 PM EDT - *twitch*]

That's odd. My left bicep is twitching. *looks* It's not painful or anything, but I'm finding it rather disconcerting. I mean, what if my whole arm starts to move involuentarily? Maybe it'll start searching for one of the plastic spoons I have in my cabinet and start cutting my hear out! *gasps*

Yes, I also saw a bit of Prince of Thieves last night.

Hmm. There it goes again. Now it looks like it's sending out a message in Morse code. Uhh.. F.. E.. I think. Ohh, twice it seems. D.. It might be an M.. and an E. Okay, I'm making it up. Does anyone know Morse code around here?

Actually, this incident reminds me of the horrible muscle spasm incident that occured to me two years ago.

It all started off as a sore neck that morning, but I was able to make it to school without any problems. I remember that GTK and weirDo were working here, so it might've been in the fall. Anyway, as the day progressed, the soreness in my neck started to spread to my shoulder, and it got harder and harder to turn my head or raise my arm. By the time mid-afternoon rolled around, the soreness turned into pain and I just couldn't move.

I stayed there in my seat for a long time before I was able to brave the pain and wander down to Health Services to find out what was wrong with me. I didn't have to wait long, and the doctor took a few minutes before he diagnosed me. Muscle spasams he said, and he perscribed me some muscle relaxants and pain killers (Tylanol 3) to help me through it.

I went straight to the campus drugstore to pick up my perscription, and started taking some of the muscle relaxants. I didn't feel much of an effect, nor did I take any of the pain killers. ("What is pain? Pain is good!")

Not much else to say about this story. I recovered fairly quickly afterward. I do remember the first day I was heading back home, trying hard not to turn my neck, when I heard a familiar voice as I passed by the gas station.

Funny how you meet people when you're in an akward situation. (Although my situation wasn't akward, but it must've looked awfully strange.)

Hmm, my bicep's subsided.

Oh yes, while I was talking with weirDo about the song from 'Platoon' I remembered that he sent me a version of Puff Daddy's song (featuring Sting) I'll be Missing You. The beginning of that version of the song played the exact same track as the Homeworld version of the song (with the voices). Actually, does anyone know the name for that piece of music? An even better question would be: Does anyone know what the heck I'm talking about?
