[10:40 AM EST - I really should be eating.]

These website changes are really bothering me now. Things that I thought would work don't, and there are a bunch of other things that are floating around from before that I need to clean up. On top of that, this is going to be a fairly busy weekend so I don't know how much time I can put into cleaning up the code.

Very annoying!

[11:08 AM EST - Urge to ride, rising.]

I looked outside and was surprised as to how deceivingly warm it looked out there. I took a quick peek at the current temperature and the thermostat was reading a balmy three degrees Celsius.

Nice.

I took a look at the long range forecast and it seems as if next weekend will be warm and sunny. After that, I'm pretty sure that the bike will be going into storage.

[3:39 PM EST - Good enough for now.]

Okay, I've set up the cookies and the code to show and hide those sidebar items. I just some cleaning up to do but it seems to work. I gotta get going. I'm going to be late..

[Sunday, November 5, 2006: Liquor in the front. Poker in the back.]

I have to admit that that title is not original.

Anyway, I went to play poker with KT and some of his friends. One of them actually went to my high school. It was pretty fun, and I would have won the first round too, except I lost three straight hands to luck! How often does a ace-king suited lose to a four-seven non-suited? Or an ace-queen to an eight-three? Bah!

We went out for dinner after the first game and had cake before starting the second game. I was in a rush so I went out early and dealt a number of hands before heading out to hockey.

I played very poorly at hockey. I had no strength on my shots and I was feeling very unstable on my skates. We ended up winning the game, no thanks to me.
