I had a tough choice to make: Should I risk the rain and ride to work or drive?
It wasn't raining when I was leaving the condo, so I decided to ride. Of course, the moment I got outside, the rain started falling. Fortunately, it wasn't a heavy rain. Unfortunately, it was pretty cold. Fortunately, my new heated grips came in handy! Unfortunately, my jeans are not very good insulators. Fortunately, my jacket was very warm. Unfortunately, my shirt was too short and I got some cold air up and under the jacket. Fortunately, I made it to work in one piece.

I had rode to work today anticipating that I would head home right after work and miss out on the rain. I had stayed late to finish up some work and ended up getting a call from Windelynn after my usual departure time. Apparently there was some sort of dinner going on that night. It was a birthday dinner that was taking place.. in fifteen minutes.
No, I wasn't told about it.
I was a little worried about it being too cold or too wet for riding, but I figured, "what the heck". I couldn't turn down free food now could I?
So I went out with the crew for dinner, went back for cake and played games that night. It's always entertaining around them. Put those three together and you're sure to have some crazy stuff going on.
What a strange family.
