Anyway, the plan today was to check out the condo. I didn't have anything else planned today, although I wasn't in the mood to do anything.
I was a little late in checking out the condo. The place was fairly nice. Everything was okay, except for the potential price of the apartment. I'm in no rush, so I probably won't get it unless it was some sort of deal, as it was more space than I really needed.
We went to check Pokey's place later, which was much larger than the room we checked out. I was told about the ultimate pickup thing, but I honestly wasn't in the mood to play.
Instead, I went grocery shopping with girl, and then had lunch at their place. Dangerman and I ended up playing on the X-box all afternoon (Halo 2, Ghost Recon 2, and some Spider Man 2), and then we went out for dinner.
On the way out of the parking lot, I wasn't paying much attention, and I ended up scraping against one of the pillars. Argh! I checked out my car, and the rear quarter panel was dented in, and there are white streaks on the panel. I'm pretty sure that the paint is okay, but it's really annoying as I'll have to get it fixed and checked out! If I'm unlucky, I'll have to get it replaced.
Ah well. it could've been worse.

I woke up more or less on time for some reason this morning. This was fairly lucky as the power went out at some point in time right after I went to sleep last night (around three). Had I slept through, I, would easily have missed that condo appointment by more than I actually did.
Anyway, there was a conversation at dinner regarding the "hitting on girls" thing I mentioned a few days back. They were talking about the two girls at the "Ju On" last month, and Dangerman thought I liked one of them more than the other, and I knew that I thought that the other girl was much more interesting. *shrugs* I remember years ago during a school trip when Stonaday thought that I liked one of the girls in another group and that was completely wrong. However, I was interested in another girl in that same group..
So the moral of the story? It's not what you're thinking that matters, it's what people perceive that matters. But we all knew that already.
Actually, something very strange happened during dinner. There were these two girls who were eating next to our table, and at one point in time the girl with the glasses asked if the bits in her dish were little shrimp. When she found out that it was true, she exclaimed that her friend was allergic to shrimp. Then she turned to us and said something along the lines of
"That's what happens when you go to a restaurant and nobody can read the menu."
Excuse me? Do we know you? Well, she was kinda cute. But I had just put a dent in my car and wasn't really in the mood to socialize. *shrugs*
