Wow, we're already into the third week of April. My does time fly.

[11:46 AM EDT - I don't like flies.]

A few weeks ago, I noticed a fly in the washroom. It bothered me a bit, having a fly in the washroom, considering how clean and sanitary an office washroom is supposed to be. But I didn't make much of it.

Last week, I noticed that there were still flies in the washroom. This time I noticed one drowning in a puddle on the counter. Again, I didn't take too much notice.

This morning, when I went into the washroom, I noticed a couple of flies flying about, so I put them out of their misery. As I was squishing them against the wall, I noticed that there were a lot of spots. Upon closer inspection, I realized that each spot was a fly! I didn't realize how many there were until I started counting the spots! I quickly looked at the other walls, the stalls, the celing, the floor. The washroom was infested. There were scores of flies, most lying dormant, quite a number dead, but a lot of flies..

Ick.

[2:14 PM EDT - Needing salt.]

I've got a craving for salt. Chips sound good just about now. Even salt and vinegar sounds good (I usually hate salt and vinegar). It's a strong craving. Maybe I've been drinking too much water? (I hope I don't start cramping up.)

[3:03 PM EDT - M&Ms.]

I don't eat M&Ms not Smarties, but TT told me that,

"M&Ms aren't as sweet as smarties."

So I was wondering,

"Are M&Ms as smart as sweeties?"

How many smart sweeties are there?

[4:39 PM EDT - Woman Cleaner.]

Ahh, the washroom's been cleared out of most of it's fly population. There are still a dozen or so floating around, but it's better than the scores from this morning. I'm surprised that they didn't get them all though. They'll be back..

Also, as I was washing my hands, I noticed someone who was at one of the sinks. I looked at him and could've sworn that he looked like an old woman. I found that funny because MJO and I were just talking about guys who look like females and not mentioning things like that to their faces.

[6:42 PM EDT - Another one..]

Oh man, I just found out that TC has just passed away. He patrolled at my hill (and has been for ten years). I'm just a little stunned that he's gone.

The visitation is tomorrow, and the funeral is on Wednesday.
