[Sunday, March 14, 2004: Dream Sequence: Disjointed.]

I had quite a number of different scenes from this morning, but I can't remember it all anymore.

The first scene was at a very large and lavish cottage based out in the middle of nowhere. I had come in with a group from the outside. It was summertime and the weather was really nice. It was cool inside and the owner of the cottage happened to be MPS..

Now I've got a note about some sort of head, but it doesn't ring a bell.

I then found myself watching on television some sort of animated show. It was Japanese style animation of course. The show was talking about some sort of alien ship that was going through space destroying things. On one planet, there was a human mining base which had detected some sort of strange anomoly (the alien ship). They sent out a scout to check it out but it was promptly destroyed, so they began firing on the alien ship. It didn't seem like it did any damage, but after a few passes, the alien ship took off.

I pulled myself away from the show and saw a girl with long brown hair giving DP a hug. She was half his height and I don't think I recognized her. After a while she walked over to me and gave me a long hug.

Then the room was full of people, and one of them was LW who came up to me to talk. The conversation started drifting to my collection, and I realized that he wanted to see my pr0n stash. I was a little reluctant to say anything though..

[Sunday, March 14, 2004: Springing for rolls.]

I didn't have anything planned for today except for the farewell party thing downtown. So I got the car washed, and applied some touch up paint. I realized lated that I'm a horrible painter and that the paint I applied looks pretty.. bad.

Ah well, I can always reapply it later right? Now where's that paint remover..

I got a call later that day from girl asking me if I wanted to go out to dinner downtown. Well, the time was right, the place was right, and the price..

Two out of three ain't bad.

So I headed downtown to have dinner at Spring Rolls. Now I parked at a good spot that girl suggested (after wondering where it was - it was across the street from where I had stopped - and stalling the car at the booth) and proceeded to head to the restaurant. That's when she called me up to tell me that there were TWO Spring Rolls, and I should go to the second one, not the one that says "on Yonge". So when I got to the right spot, I noticed the first one (which had the "on Yonge" attached to the name). But when I looked at the second one, I saw that it too had "on Yonge" under its name! Doh! I chose correctly however.

I found out later that both were actually the same restaurant, except that one was bit more formal and the other was a bit more casual.

Dinner was pretty good. The usual suspects were there plus a few extra faces. I found out a little late that I could've ordered mild Pad Thai and that my chocolate mousse cake was very small. But the waitress was cute (looks like the girl from the chiropractor's actually) and girl was trying her best to get JM to hit on her. (The waitress that is.) To add fuel to the fire, she said that waitresses were great since,

"They come when they serve."

Which got me howling. But after thinking about it, isn't it reversed? Don't they serve when they come? Maybe I heard it wrong.. *nods*

I invited the group to come on out to the party afterward but they decided to let me go on my own.. *shakes head*

[Sunday, March 28, 2004: A Squishy farewell.]

I ended up walking out to the pub on my own. It didn't take all that long to get there from the restaurant, and it was pretty easy to spot.

I passed by the Boschler eye institute. I guess I know where to go now if I want to get my eyes fixed.

When I arrived, the table was already packed with people. I expected more people to show than what she had told me, but I wasn't sure what the turnout was going to be like.

It was crowded, so I decided to sit on the end and chat with a few people that I recognized. I ended up talking mostly with people I don't usually talk to, listening to their stories and, for the most part, getting to know a bunch of them.

I never did get to talk to Squishy, but I wasn't really expecting to. There were a lot of people there, and as the night dragged on, more and more of her friends started to show up, and we quickly took over that side of the establishment.

I pretty much got to talk with everybody a little bit, except for those near the head table so it was all good in the end. I had planned to stay late, but I was getting tired, and I wasn't really in the mood to stick around.

As it got fairly late, the patrons kicked us off of the floor that we were sitting on since they wanted to close down that part of the establishment and move everyone downstairs to the main floor. I took that as my cue to go. As I was getting my coat, PY asked me if I could drive MH home. She looked awfully familiar, and when PY told me that she had played with us that's when I recognized her!

Anyway, somehow we convinced PL and PY to join us in the car (even though the distance from the pub to the car was about the same as the distance from the pub to their house!) and WF tagged along for the ride as well. It made it a little interesting in the back as the car was only designed to hold four people. Ah well, as long as I wasn't sitting in the middle..

The drive back was eventful. I dropped off WF before dropping off PY and PL. Then I dropped off MH.
