[10:16 AM EST - All quiet on the western front.]

Well, I'm assuming that things are okay. Space and time I think were needed. We'll see how things fall out in the end.

[10:55 AM EST - Only if you recognize me!!]

I was ready to write down my dream from this morning, but I forgot about it on the way to work, and now I can't recall any details from it! Curses!

Anyway, yesterday, I had a conversation with PF and he commented that he knew what I looked like now and could track me down. Then I said,

"Not if you don't recognize me!!"

<- proceeds to make face scratching motions.

To which his comeback was,

"They won't make a boat out of me!!"

and proceeded to start making stabbing motions all over his body.

Ahh.. being in front of computers for too long can cause virtual insanity it seems.

[3:58 PM EST - Hold on please..]

I was just checking out FlyingS's site and noticed an interesting thing that was posted in the comments on how to fight phone/mail spam.

[5:13 PM EST - More access.]

Since I'm going down south next week, I'm going to have to figure out a good way to give myself access through my firewall. Without overly compropising security and making it really easy for me to maintain..

Hmm..

Well, here's more .htaccess for my reading pleasure.

[5:59 PM EST - Cop tails.]

I've got two driving things I wanted to mention. Both involve police cruisers. On the way to broomball last night, I saw some guy tailing another car very closely. I usually frown upon tailgaters since it's very dangerous and applies a lot of pressure to the car in the front. As the front car pulled over to turn, I realized that the first car was tailing a cop! What was he thinking?!? Ah well, the cop didn't stop so I guess he didn't mind?

The second cop incident occured this morning as I was driving to work. I got behind a column of cars in the passing lane, and we were going at a fairly good clip. Mind you, we weren't going at THAT good a clip or there wouldn't be a column of cars. Anyway, I saw this car in my rear view mirror catching up to us at a breakneck speed, but there wasn't much I could do but hope I don't crash into the car in front. The car started tailgateing me for a little while before pulling into the cruising lanes to pass. As the car passed by me, I noticed the lights that were hidden in the back window. It was an unmarked cruiser! Whoa.. I feel safer already..

[10:59 PM EST - The keys are in here!]

Doh. I forgot to mention something that I did today. I was given a pass key for the building I was working in yesterday since I'll be visiting fairly often in the next little while.

I had casually thrown it into a plastic bag which I had brought along since I figured that I'll be bringing it back with me today.

Well, this morning, I was debating whether or not to bring the bag since it didn't really have that much interesting in it (some food and a camera) so I decided to leave the bag at home, forgetting that the key was inside (it was buried under the beef jerkey). So when I got out to the client site, I patted my pockets and realized my mistake..

*hangs head*
