Man, I've got tons of catching up to do here. Falling behind on updates due to lack of time. Hmm.. lots of chorse to do as well: Bills to pay, laundry to do, hair to cut. etc.

I've been checking news on the ShackNews. Apparently a database growing at one terabyte a day is going to be huge, but hopefully Internet2 will help out with doling out the information. While I'm on the internet, Cornell is going to charge a per megabyte fee for anything over 2GB.
On the ArsTechnica side, this is cool, and this will be usefull if ever I get famous.

Argh, a few more links were thrown up after I posted the first set of links from the ShackNews. No matter, here are the others: One on the aspects of online gaming, with another about MMOGs. Then there's the ABL and the civilian Osprey.
I remember piloting the Osprey in LHX (interesting tidbit here), and I just kept it in VTOL mode because airplane mode really sucked in the game. Actually VTOL mode sucked too since it was slow and had no firepower.

I had a couple of distinct dreams in the past couple of nights. Two nights ago I dreamed that I had a wet kiss with a girl I had a crush on. Last night I had another strange dream where I was in something like a cross between a restaurant and a game show. No, it's not Iron Chef. It was much weirder..
Badminton on Wednesday went fairly well. I'm still working on my new stroke, but I've been putting a lot of power into my shots. Now all I have to do is to hit with power while I'm moving as well as with the backhand. Then I can actually start aiming..
