[9:42 PM EST - Catching up on.. stuff.]

Man, I've fallen behind on these updates. I've been fairly busy this weekend and haven't really had a lot of time to do stuff here. Anyway, I'm really tired, so I need to get everything finished before I go to bed (early).

I got these links from Madelaine. For males, and females.

[10:11 PM EST - Did she come from a different family?]

Man, I get this all the time. I introduce my sister, and people look at me funny saying things like "You don't look related." and "You got shafted didn't you?". *scratches head* It's quite funny the sort of reactions I've seen over the years. Maybe I should make a list.

[10:21 PM EST - Patrol day one.]

It was safety day today and I was scheduled to help out and patrol this afternoon. girl, Dangerman, Werdna, and BT came out to go skiing/riding today as well. I was a little worried that the hill might be packed with people since it was a weekend, but probably because of the bitter cold, most of the snow bunnies stayed at home. I was very surprised as to how few people there were on the slopes today.

I went riding in the morning since I wasn't scheduled until the afternoon. After a few runs down the bunny hill, we hit the main slopes, and I found it easier going down there than the bunny hill. This whole carving thing is starting to make sense now, but I'm not going to say that I can really do it in practice. I'm still much more comfortable on skis.

I was planning on throwing my skis on and joining up with the group when I was roped in to wearing Tony for the prize draw. I had never worn Tony before and I've been told that it gets pretty hot in there. Since the weather was so cold, I thought that it might actually balance out today. So.. I donned the suit and wandered out to join the public. I slipped and few a few times, but it was actually pretty cool being in the suit. I can't actually say anything while I'm in there, but I guess hand actions and general motions can be very communicative.

The first kid came up to me and started poking me in the mouth. He shouted out "You're evil!" and repeated that statement over and over again. I really didn't have a response to that (since his dad was next to him) so I waved (instead of picking the kid up and throwing him) and walked away.

The other kids were pretty good though. Their parents were like "Go give Tony a hug.". Aww. Isn't that so cute? Kids are so easy to entertain. Just wave your hands and bounce up and down a few times.

The emotes were fun to do. Like scratching your head or rubing your nose. Although I was reminded by DE that I didn't have a nose.

Fortunately I wasn't in the suit that long. Maybe half-an-hour, so I had time to catch up with the group (or what was left of it). Werdna stayed behind though and we hit the terrain park for a few jumps. He got air! Whoot!

It was a pretty good day despite the cold. I should try snow boarding more often.
