[11:36 AM EST - Ready for some ice?]

Wow, it's been three weeks since I've played broomball. I'm not even suffering from widthdrawal! *shuffles around on the office*

Things have quieted down a bit, but there's a lot of stuff coming down the pipe. Hopefully I'll get this stuff out of the way and start working on some projects I've got which are half-finished.

[11:56 PM EST - Vampire helmet wheel.]

Well, I finally finished Vampire: Redemption. The game got better as it went along, probably because I actually started to understand how to play the game, and the combination of discipline items (18% blood cost), blood potence, call lightning, and a whole lot of elementals (apparently prison of ice is better) made the game much easier. Anyhoo, the ending was fairly good and multiplayer would be interesting. Too bad I can't install it on my home computer. At least it's off now and my laptop's back to it's pristine condition.

On the way back from work, I could hear strange sounds coming from my car. It sounded like something was scratching against the bottom, and it only happened when I made a hard turn. I was rather confused at that, until I got out of the car and examined the wheels. Apparently the wheel wells were completely filled with snow, which had (in the cold weather) turned to ice. These chunks of ice took up so much of the space between the wheel and the car that only a fly could fit in between. No wonder why I heard funny noises.

I tried knocking the ice off before went in the house, but one side was still kind of mushy. Eww. On the way to broomball, I hit a pretty large bump, and that ended up dislodging huge chunks of ice from the back two wells. That probably didn't do much good for my wheels though.

Broomball went.. okay. I forgot to bring my helmet (again) and I didn't have any knee pads. Apparently I did leave them at broomball last time but the person who took them wasn't there this week! Argh! Okay, maybe later..
