Hey, I've been driving around a lot lately and I've noticed that a lot of drivers are red light runners. I was reminded of this fact this morning when I was reading the paper. There was a graph showing how the number of infractions have decreased from August to December of last year. Driving around last night, I wouldn't have guessed that.
There are times when I get close to running a red light (or actually do), but what amazes me is that the car behind me ends up running the red light and even the car behind that one! Now they're definitely going through when the light's red. Ah well, I'm trained in First Aid right?

Oops. I broke off one of the clips on my helmet. Actually, it was broken already (and has been broken for a couple of years) but it's finally broken off. This, coupled with the fact that the inner lining's coming off and that I broke a strap clip is probably a message for me to get a new helmet. I'm tempted to grab a cage instead of a visor because I have a tendency of steaming up my visor fairly regularly.
Hmm.. new helmet. I like that idea.
