[12:00 PM EST - No subject.]

It's been a pretty semi-productive day. I still have that assignment to do for Spec, but I've finished half of the questions and hopefully I should have enough time tomorrow to do the rest. I have a funny feeling however, that although the weekend is here (it's already after 6) it will pass by and I probably won't have done anything productive during that time. It's an interesting phenomenon as we age. MJO once asked his mom if life slows down as we age. Apparently she said that time goes by faster. Go figure.

In world news, Clinton got acquitted.. woo woo.

In CG news, The new Half-Life demo (Uplink) is now available from Sierra. Ho boy will it be busy, so if you really want it, you'll have to bring along a pillow and blankie cuz the 48.5 MB file will take a LONG time to download.

I'm gonna try making some sort of Chicken Alfredo from the recipe that I found on the back of a pasta bag (Egg noodles, but I can't remember the company). Looks real good, but I've been told that I have genes for high cholesterol. That sucks, I guess no more butter sandwiches for me. Still, as long as I keep burning it off..

HaremPresident told me that he came here yesterday poking around (that's how he found out that I had a new computer). That makes it TWO people now that I know who actually have come by to check this place out.. (ooh, shaking in my boots now). Eh, that would explain all the hits I got yesterday at least..

Weather really did make a turn for the worse. It's been snowing pretty much non-stop today and the temperature dropped by many degrees. Of course, this is the day that I was gonna go grocery shopping (I have to walk). Needless to say, I might just pick up stuff that I need (the parmesan, whipping cream, mushrooms) rather than stock up for the week. Really annoying.

Oh well, I've been in worse. I'm gonna go and get some food so that I can make dinner tonight.
