Huh, with my right wrist bothering me so much, I have started using my left hand to move the mouse. It is a little awkward, but fortunately my mouse is not specifically designed for right handed people, so it might actually be a workable switch..

Since I was having trouble with the graphics for a couple of the new games, so I decided to put in the other video card that I was having problems with and installed new drivers.
Well, what do you know? After I installed the new drivers, the card was recognized immediately, and I tested the card on three different games without a hitch! Woot! I guess there was nothing wrong with the hardware after all.
(It just took a year for the software to catch up.)
In any case, the only complaint now is that the case sounds like it has some sort of turbine engine running inside. It is so loud!
In addition to the video upgrade, I got my RAM this morning. When I got a call about the package, I had originally thought that my Amazon package had arrived. Ah well, I still sent in a complaint message. We will find out soon enough what they will do about it.
In any case, I am now running with three gigabytes of RAM in my system, which should be more than enough to run Vista.
Now the only thing that I am missing is a new hard drive..
