Snow has been falling to the north and east of the 'Greater Toronto Area' and I actually saw a car that was covered in snow in front of me on the street.
The snow did not bother me as much as seeing some while pebbles on the road. The street was covered with white spots and the surviving while rocks that were in between lanes indicated that the city had probably started salting the roads.
People have been asking me when I would stop riding for the year, and I would always claim that I would pack up my bike "when they start salting the roads". Dang, this is earlier than I had expected!
I guess I will put the bike away for a little while to see how the weather behaves, but if there is no 'Indian summer' this year, then I might be done for the season..
