I was worried about the oil level in my bike since I was sure that I did not have enough oil to fill the tank. I went down to the bike shop and planned to pick up a litre or more of oil to top off my bike. When I got into the parts store, I heard one of the guys saying Durka's name. I told myself that it would be pretty funny if Durka was actually working there.
Well, lo and behold, the guy came out and it was Durka! Now that I think about it, I recall seeing a forum post about him getting a job at some bike place. Yay for hindsight memory. Anyway, I bought a litre of oil from them and headed to my parent's place for dinner.
I went to badminton afterwards. You know, I really should just go ahead with it. The answer is probably no anyway.
Oh, when I got back home, I put my bike on a stand so that I would be able to see the proper oil level. As I leaned down to look, I noticed that the window was dark. I cleared off the dirt and saw that the oil level was actually full! When the bike is on the kickstand, window is tipped up so that it shows less oil than what you really have in the tank. I really should have checked the oil before I bought this extra litre. Ah well. I will be riding tomorrow..
