I had my braces tightened today. I was told that they would go up one size so it might feel a bit tighter than before. (Great.)

She told me that things should be alright now, but things might start hurting in six hours. I told her that she should have warned me about the effect before. Last time I felt fine after I left, and even during lunch time, but once dinner came around, I was unable to put any pressure on my teeth at all!

So.. I should get rid of all my solid food now while I have the chance..
