I just got back from hockey. I didn't play that well and I gave myself a headache because my helmet was too tight. We didn't win the game either. At least the muffler stayed on the car!

I forgot to mention a couple of things. First of all, it seems like Werdna's got a new site up and running. It's slow as snot since there's oodles of pictures on it (Well, not too many pictures, but they're all large).
The other bit of news is that KK told me that he learned how to drive stick. What surprised me more was that he learned on a rental car! Rental you say? Yes, apparently there is a company out there that actually rents a standard vehicle. (It's a black Civic methinks .) Had I known..

Well, the guy I was tutoring today forgot that I had changed the time to one, so we rescheduled for tomorrow at ten. Ten? Will I be able to get up for ten?!?
I went to pick up my new glasses but I had forgotten that the place closed at one on Saturdays. Hrumph.
The muffler fell off again. The aluminum foil Werdna and I put on has been shreded apart after the multiple reattachments so I'll have to do a proper fix.. now. Guh.

Because of our introductionary lesson to scuba in the mid-afternoon, I had rescheduled my tutorin to start an hour early and I planned to miss roller hockey. So I went out for tutoring and waited, and waited, and waited before I decided to head home. I called in when I got back but nobody answered. Right before I left to go and pick up my glasses (which I couldn't since the place was closed) I got a call and that's when I rescheduled the tutoring time to tomorrow at ten.
Afterward, girl, Dangerman and I went to the AquaSub centre for some introductionary scuba lessons. After signing our lives away, we watched a brief introductionary video, and then drove to the pool where we helped put the equipment together and then got in the pool. First, we tried snorkling, which was pretty simple. Breathe while your in the water, and if you go too low, blow the water out. Then came the scuba. It was pretty fun actually breathing underwater. I felt sluggish in the water, and I couldn't seem to kick properly (since I was tiring out fast), but it was an interesting experience moving around down there. I wouldn't mind trying it again sometime.
Afterward, we went to Dante's for dinner before heading to Laz's place. After giving Laz and Tenshi our leftovers, we headed down to watch 'Matrix Reloaded'. It was not bad actually. I went in with lowered expectations and that was a big help. There wasn't much new in the way of effects, although most of the CGI effects were fairly obvious. It was entertaining though.
