what was the last thing you ate, and is the pain a dull one, or a sharp one? does it spread, or stay in one place?

It's actually a dull ache that is, amazingly, still there. My guess is that it's some sort of muscle soreness, but that doesn't seem quite right. Heartburn is probably closer, but it shouldn't last this long should it? (Obviously it if was a heart attack I would've been dead by now. Well, maybe not..)
