It was our last hockey game for the season today and I woke up right on time. Actually, I would've been late had I not looked at the clock, but anyway, we had a lot of people show up today, although becuase of the long weekend, nobody was on the ice before us (so they didn't have to flood) and nobody was on the ice after us, so we ended up getting an extra half-hour of ice time! Whoo!
I didn't play as well as I wanted, but I was still sore after yesterday and I got hit by the puck on the forearm (it was a weak shot too) and got a stick to the throat. Fortumately, it was only a graze. One inch closer and I would be breathing through my neck.
After lunch, I got back home and then headed out to Dangerman's place to help him move to his new digs. We (Dangerman, Laz, Growly, SJ, girl, and I) had a number of cars to fill and a truck as well. Things went fairly quickly since there weren't too many big items to move. It was still tiring work, although we did get a free dinner out of it. The most interesting part was when we were moving the stuff into the new place. Growly and Dangerman had to go back and get something so the four of us decided to move as much stuff in before they got back. They got back just in time to move the TV and one part of the couch. *puts hands on hips*
How convenient!
Anyhoo, I should get going. We need to test the server.
