I went to bed before four last night so I still got nearly four hours of sleep last night.
Anyhoo, I went to Laz's place last night for some fun and computer merriment with Werdna, louder, and MJO. The plan was for louder to pick up MJO at six and then we'd all meet up at Laz's place to go out to dinner. (My suggestion was Greek. I had a craving.)
Well, due to delays, MJO's plane didn't arrive until two hours later, so we had to scrap the dinner plans. (We had Swiss Chalet instead.) Anyway, they eventually did arrive (at around 10:30) and we got set up and had two games of an hour each. We got crushed in the first one (even with the odds of 5-4 in our favour) and we squeeked by in the second (with the odds of 5-3 in our favour although due to a quirk, it was really 5-2.).

I found out today that we were to be leaving at three in the morning on Saturday instead of Friday afternoon as I had originally anticipated. Furthermore, we were to be going only for one day instead of two as well! Aie ya! Don't you hate it when plans are changed and you're not told about it? At least I was able to get my bookkeeping updated and I installed The Longest Journey. I tried out the first chapter and it seems to be pretty good. Laz said that he finished it in three days. I hope I'll be able to do it in about the same amount of time.
