[Sunday, August 11, 2002: TO Snatch.]

I woke up first, and was surprised that I was up so early considering that

  1. I got a few hours of sleep the night before
  2. I drove for eight hours the day before
  3. I stayed up to watch 'Shrek' until who knows how late.

So I was a little worried about staying awake on the way back.

We didn't do all too much. After lunch, I dropped off girl at the T's place and brough DL and KC so that they could meet them. I never did found out what their thoughts were.

We basically sat around and did nothing for the next few hours. I watched while the kids terrorized the rabbit for the better part of an hour before dropping him in my lap. As if on cue, the rabbit released his tension and pooped all over me. Again. (Three nuggets I think.) Man, I think he's too comfortable sitting in my lap.

We spent the rest of the afternoon watching "Snatch". "Snatch" was a good movie. I can see how Dangerman likes it so much, but I wouldn't buy the DVD.

In the car on the way back, Windelynn took shotgun while DL and NY sat in the back. DL went to sleep right away, but WC just kept talking, and talking and.. Well, this is not a complaint since it kept me up (and mostly laughing) for the duration of the trip back to TO. I'm just amazed that the girl can go on and on and on and on and.. for that long! She also had a lot of good stories to share. Man, I couldn't even come up with one good story to talk about. *mutters*

Anyhoo, we all got back safe and sound. After unpacking, I dropped DL back home and went home to crash. I had a plane to catch the next day..
