I still have to finish packing. Unfortunately, I think I'll have to pack twice since I'm going white water rafting this weekend and then to Florida on Monday.
Anyway, I spent most of the day driving around to pick up stuff for the trip. Actually I was basically driving people around so that they could pick up stuff for the trip. I came along for the ride. Drive. Whatever.
Actually, the first item on the schedule was a hair cut. I wanted to get my hair cut the night before but wasn't available to go out until after the shops were closed. So I got up nice and early (ten) and got my hair cropped. It's now a nice centimeter long! *brushes brush*
Afterward, I wanted to get some aqua shoes, but after promising to drive my cousin to pick up glasses, and then switching plans so that I went shopping with DL instead, I ended up picking up DL with the directions to the house given to me by girl.
Now, I've promised myself time and time again not to follow directions for a female, but I was in a rush so I took the map without question. Forty-five minutes later, I was halfway across the city wondering why I hadn't found the street on the map girl gave me, so I gave DL a ring. Eventually, with the proper guidence, I found my way to the house. Apparently, girl put the wrong street name on the map, so I ended up too far west when I made my left turn and was already past the street I was looking for! *shakes fist*
Ah well, it wasn't my fault right? Anyway, DL and I went shopping for shoes then goggles. Then we hooked up with AJ and had lunch before picking up VW and some more shoes and dropping off AJ and WV and getting some munchies and then dropping off DL before coming back home.
This took all afternoon and now I'm tired. Apparently I have to be awake in seven-and-a-half hours so that I can drive five hours to our destination. Goody. I think I'll just lie down now.

After I got back to the house, I didn't do much other than watch VW play Final Fantasy X and then go out to dinner with the family. I didn't eat much since I stuffed myself during lunch, and I was awfully tired after all of the driving that day as well as all of the food sitting in my stomach. In hindsight, I probably should've just gone to sleep while everybody else went out to eat. The extra sleep would've helped, but que sera, sera.
After coming back from dinner, I went straight to bed. I had to wake up for our three o'clock departure and driving five hours while tired isn't one of my favourite pastimes.
