[9:59 AM EST - The day after..]

*yawn* Is it time to work already?

I didn't get a chance to join in the celebrations last night, but it sounds as if it was one heck of a blast. Fifty years in the making huh? Ah well, I think I'll talk about that later.

We're going to have an awfully mild day today. A high of twelve is forecasted. Where's my bike? (Oh yeah, I forgot that it was stolen.)

Your bike was stolen? I don't remember hearing about that. That's crappy - was it insured?

Ah yes, that was a sad story that took place long, long ago in a city far, far away.

Oops, getting carried away there. One day I'll go through the (rather bland) details.
