Hmm, I think that gettign up early doesn't actually help with getting in early. Now that I think about it, when you get up early, you think that you have more time to prepare for the day so you do more and take your time doing it which means that you take even longer to get out wiping out any gains you get from waking up early and end up even later than before.

IIRC, for your sum it's: N(N-1)(2N-1)/6
