At least that's what it said on the button. I arrived at the resort a little later than I had planned. First of all, I got up late, I ate lunch late, and I got lost. Just a little. At least I know what the entrance looks like coming from both directions now. All I have to do is figure out a faster way to get there..
So basically, I got there and was told to guard some doors. I spent the next three-and-a-half hours more-or-less standing in front of these doors watching people go out. Making sure that they didn't wander off with our merchandise and checking their reciepts. Of course no one told me HOW to do it until almost two hours later. *shrugs shoulders*
I did get to check out some of the wares available, but since I was so late, most of the used stuff was gone and they only had new equipment. New expensive equipment. Ugh. The next swap then..
I passed by the bank on the way back home. I paid my bills (well, bill) and cursed again at the fact that I had a cheque cashed (bringing me below 1000) the day before I got my pay. (Mind you, I had made that cheque out a month ago.) Curse those service charges! *shakes fist* Ah well, it's only going to be.. what? Ten bucks?
Since I've finished BG2 (again), I've been burning through "Anna Karenin". Interesting book. Long, but interesting. At this rate I should be finished in a week's time. (Since I've got nothing else to do but sit.)
Actually, my ankle's been healing pretty well recently. Well, I did help move a TV to a third floor of an apartment building. I thought it would be tough until I remembered that there was an elevator. *gives thumbs up*
Let's see, after I finish reading, there's the accounting which I've left unfinished, and a new comment/discussion method I want to test out..

Well, I haven't been putting many news links up recently so I'm making up for that. Here's one for FCGs (the Pentagon itself is apparently one big Faraday cage). There's a couple of humourous links. The first is about Captain America wanking and the second is a way to reduce cell phone radiation. Oh, and I'm not sure if this is true or not, but it's interesting. Then there's the blue and pink margarine. There's that signed bomb picture people have been mentioning (and the backlash). Another reason not to use drugs.
