[9:09 AM EST - Back to standard.]

Ahh, that extra hour of sleep did me good considering that I went to bed at five the night before. I've finally gotten back to "Anna Karenin". Hopefully I'll finish it by next week, but we'll see..

[Monday, October 29, 2001: Spewing Spriggen.]

I went out to dim sum with girl, Dangerman, Jules, LS, and T. Well, let's just say that service was a little lacking. Food was also a little lacking. For most of our time there, most of the carts were nowhere to be seen! What the..? Next time we should choose to sit next to the kitchen doors so that we can grab the food before it disappears into the masses.

Anyway, afterward I went home to tutor and realized afterward that it was past five, and therefore too late to go to Future Scrap. Crap! Ah well.

I ended up waiting at home for some sort of message when I got a call near seven from girl wondering where I was. Well..

I quickly headed down to Dangerman's place with a small selection from my collection. By the time I got there, they (Growly, SJ, Jules, girl, and Dangerman) were a little into the Transformers Movie. After a little nostalgia, Dangerman popped in Spriggen (which I've seen already) and we watched for a while. Halfway through, we stopped for food and other distractions, so we started talking about funny stories. Growly had a tendency of cracking up as SJ was starting the story, and since he was drinking water at that time, I was a little worried at the welfare of my shirt and jacket which he was leaning on top of. The first incident resulted in a few drops all over my shirt. Icky. Not taking that cue, I left my jacket there because I didn't think he'd spew again. Oh was I wrong. Two stories later, just as SJ was starting off with,

"It was a ten hour ride.."

Growly let go of such a huge torrent of liquid that few objects in front of him were able to avoid it's wrath. I felt sorry for Jules who ended up taking brunt of the explosion (and require two shirt exchanges to hide the damage). My jacket and shirt weren't in the best of condition either so I quickly removed them from the scene.

Ah, we definitely made fun of him after that with our instant, slow motion replays of the event. This was all for Dangerman's benefit of course since he wasn't in the room at the time.

Anyway, we finally got through Spriggen, but by then it was already past eleven and I was getting tired. Jules left and I thought of showing Kare Kano, but the interest in watching more was pretty much non-existant, so we sat around thinking up costumes for Laz's party on Friday. I really like the idea of going as a Counter-Terrorist, but with only a week.. Maybe I'll just go as a ghost. *grabs bedsheet*
