[12:48 AM EDT - It has been busy..]

I have been busy of late and I have had no time to update the blog. Well, I should at least put up some very short entries with summaries since I do not think that I will ever find the time to write up real entries for a while.

I have some bookkeeping to do first however..

[10:02 AM EDT - Twist of the ankle.]

Ugh, I rolled my ankle on Thursday, and I just noticed that when my ankle turns in a certain manner, I feel sharp pain. I do not think I will be dancing tonight.

[Monday, September 24, 2007: Another wedding. Oui, oui!]

So it was Madelaine's wedding today, and I had planned to go for the wedding ceremony, pop over to Waterloo to visit people, and then pop back to enjoy the reception (and the food). MJO was still over, so I needed to drop him off first before going to pick up MJNL. We ended up leaving my place late, had the wrong address, found out that the 'Don Valley Parkway' was closed, ran through heavy traffic, ironed my (new) shirt, and took a while to get dressed. By the time we left, I new that there was no way that we would make it for the wedding, so I went straight to Waterloo.

I had left a number of messages for a few people, but only FlyingS was available for the few hours that we were over. It was good to get caught up on stuff, especially since I had not seen him in over a year! I showed MJNL the neighborhood and some old haunts before we headed out.

The reception was nice and small. We estimated that there were about a hundred people present, with our table right in front of the head table. Madelaine looked good as ever, and they will have cute kids. I only recognized JH, Sunfish and AC. It was nice and all, but we did not stay very long.
