I know I talk to myself. I usually do that when I am at home, and not outside in public. Well, sometimes I do mumble a bit, but when I am at home, I have some tirades chastising my own person whenever I do something really stupid, or I ask myself a question aloud, or I just wonder out loud. I know I do it. I did not know to what extent though.
Maybe I should have a tape recorder and just record myself over a week to see what the heck I talk about.
