[9:02 AM EDT - Got some sleep in.]

I was able to get a decent night of sleep and also did some cleaning as well. Mind you, I was not able to clean up the apartment as much as I wanted to, but every little bit helps. (Especially since it is getting messier a lot faster than before.) What I will need to do is to get rid of those two computers I have lying on the floor, and my place will look a LOT better. That means going downtown to drop off the boxes during a day off. Time to pick a vacation day!

[3:32 PM EDT - I have to fix it myself.]

I made some calls this afternoon and discovered that I will probably have to fix the stove fan myself. I do not have the time this weekend to do this sort of stuff! *shakes fist*

[Sunday, September 16, 2007: Staying busy.]

I went out to my parent's place after work to pick up some stuff for tomorrow, then I went to pick up a spindle of (really cheap) DVD+Rs before heading to Seven's place for a housewarming party. I arrived late, but managed to be the third person there, including Seven and Durka. R6_Chic was next, but it was a long time before anyone else showed up, after which the floodgates of visitors opened up and the place quickly filled with visitors. I was able to pass off the rock to R6_Chic and the DVDs to Garfield. JSL was the last to arrive before I left for hockey but since I had his orange chocolate I had to stick around so that I can pass it along to him. I placed the chocolate on the counter just before he arrived so that I would have it available to hand it over.

When JSL came in, I went to reach for the chocolates and noticed that there was something funny with it. When I picked it up, I noticed that the chocolate bar had been unwrapped! Someone had taken a piece of chocolate! As I was handing the chocolate over to JSL explaining that it was a present for him from London (England), Listers confessed to taking the chocolate. *shakes fist*

Well, we were both alright with it, partially because Listers could probably kick both of our respective butts.

I headed to hockey afterwards and had a pretty good game, after which I came home and went to sleep.
