What a waste. This has happened before, but not fairly recently. I picked up some bread from my parents on Tuesday and left it (in the bag) on my dining table for breakfast. The other buns were fine, but when I got to the small buns this morning, I noticed a spot of mold on one of the buns. Then I noticed another spot, and another, and another. The next bun was the same, and the next, and the next.
Mind you, the temperature and humidity have been a constant 27 degrees and fifty plus percent for that period of time, but it has been like that in here since June! What a waste of food.
So I ate them. All of them (after peeling off the bad parts).

I was invited out to Madelaine's Stag and Doe party and I was compelled to go. I was hoping to see people that I had not seen from high school, but when I arrived, I recognized all of two people. The bride to be, and the groom to be. Oh goody.
Madelaine did introduce me to one of her sisters, who told me that she remembered me from ice skating many years back.
"I remember when your skate exploded!"
Uhh, no. That was actually DM but I was there that day. I'm glad that I was that memorable.
I hung around for a couple of hours, and got to meet a bunch of Madelaine's circle of friends. The only other familiar face I saw was AC who apparently is one of the groomsmen! He too was engaged, and apparently met his wife to be on Lavalife. That reminded me of the time Squishy told me about.. oh I forgot his name. Anyway, he too met his wife on Lavalife. I guess it works huh?
Anyway, there were a number of games and prizes, but the vast majority of the prizes were alcohol or alcohol related objects and I certainly did not need any.
Oh yeah, so Madelaine still has not changed a bit. She certainly does not look any older (or act any older for that matter). I wonder if I have changed?
I left early. There was nobody I was really interested in talking to, and was not in the mood to socialize. Besides, I wanted to go riding..
