[3:32 PM EDT - Switching to BBCode.]

I have switched the markup method for the comments to use BBCode instead of my custom markup method. I figured that BBCode is a fairly common standard on the forums so I should use it as well. (Since I do not wish to use HTML.) I did have some unique tags but for the most part the translation should work as expected.

Now to write up a guide and search for bugs.
