I was riding home just now (after I found out that the tune up session in Markham was canceled - after I got there), and noticed another sign on the Compass message board. This one said something to the effect of,
"Please give motorcycles space for safety."
Of course I pointed to it while I was riding by. I wonder how many people noticed?

Oh, it seems like most of the office will be out during the 17th, so I changed my motorcycle test to the 10th. (These tests are getting booked up fast!)

We had switched arenas for hockey this week and will be living a rather nomadic hockey life for the summer. Being the first week in the spring/summer season, it was expected that a number of people would be going to the old arena. I was just late as normal. I had rode by the arena in the morning, and noticed that the construction had finished at the front of the building. It looked much more modern. Unfortunately, when I arrived later that night, I drove to the back where we usually parked, only to find out that the lot was reserved for GO parking, and that the rear entrance was blocked off by construction. That made me even more late, but I was not the only one. As I entered the arena, I got a call from SS. I feigned that I was at the wrong arena by asking where everyone was (which actually could have been applied to both arenas), and I continued to distract him until I walked into the dressing room. Ha ha! Fooled you!
Anyway, the game went well for us. I was playing better than normal, and the ice was good. My wrist is holding out well, and I did not get injured. I would say that was a fine game.
