We had a going away party for MCC and L. I had debated whether or not to ride down there since I had ridden to work, but I was convinced by MS that it would probably get close to freezing overnight, and that ice on the roads would be my worst enemy that night (including the drunk drivers).
I some how managed to squeeze into the building without paying the cover charge, and found the party group. MCC was already a bit tipsy by the time I got there, but there was certainly more drinking ahead.
Derelict and GWG both ended up showing up later, although GWG had a really, really bad day. He too got rather plastered and had to leave his car behind. (He kept telling me, "I'm drunk. I'm drunk.")
Well, I'll leave it at that. Not too much important happened anyway.
