After a few days, I'm now convinced that my left eye wasn't completely fixed. I guess all that wandering around during the operation was probably the cause. The right eye's doing good. I've got pretty much 20/20 with it, and the halo effect isn't as pronounced with that eye. I'm guessing that I'll need another operation to correct my left eye though.

I got a message from my parents last night. Apparently the credit card company called to confirm a transaction that I made on Friday. That was pretty easy to clear up.

Oh, I've mentioned that my vision goes and and out of focus every now and then. I think some of that is caused by the difference between my eyes. I'm left eye dominant, and since my left eye isn't as good as my right eye (it may have been before), when I look at a new object, the images from my left eye get processed first. However, these images are blurry until they are replaced with those images from my right eye (which is more clear).
It doesn't explain moments when I'm reading the paper and everything goes blurry though. I think that just has to do with me getting tired.

I've been curious for a while now as to all of the loopholes that are available to us for filing our tax returns. Anyone know a decent accountant that might be able to give some pointers?

I spent the last little while moving one of the hard drives from Thebes over to the empty drive in Knossos. I figure that the other machine will make better use of the extra drive than my old regular. Mind you, I'm not really using either one, but at least the other machine's more usable now.
I also spent time backing up some files. Hmm, I've been meaning to do all this stuff for a while. It's good to be able to get it done and out of the way.
Maybe I should go to bed early tonight. I'm feeling really tired for some reason.
