Well, last weekend went by quickly. This weekend is looking action packed as well. I've got a party next weekend and hopefully I can take it easy for the rest of the month. (I better if I'm getting my eyes and teeth fixed.)

I was wondering why the titlebar for my terminal windows would go away every now and then. I was paying attention this time and realized that ELinks was clobbering the windows title bar when it loaded a page with the title of that web page. This is fine and dandy, until I leave the program. It blanks out the title and for some reason it doesn't get repopulated. I found a page which has the configuration file where I can turn off this feature (ui.window_title).

Ugh, 2046-LM told me about a page some student put up to make a million dollars.. and it worked! In five months time, he was a millionaire! Damn!

I've put up the Atom feed so that I can test it out. It seems to be working okay (once I realized that I was using an old version of Thunderbird). I'll have to rethink how the articles are organized, as multiple entries will show up for the same day, so I'll need some method by which I can specify a single entry. This would mean a rewrite of the data structure and retrieval methods, but I'm not going to worry about that right now.

It was election day, and I wasn't quite sure who to vote for. I was pretty sure that we were going to get some sort of PC minority government, which I'm fine with. But I didn't really pay any attention to the polls (there was one cute girl there though) as I was spending most of the night watching Fullmetal Alchemist.
