We've had one of the warmest January's that I can ever recall this year. I could've sworn that the meteorologists had predicted an exceptionally cold winter this year. (Well, the beginning of December was exceptionally cold, but then spring rolled around..)
Apparently we'll get back to our cold weather tonight. It's too bad because I would've liked to enjoy some of this balmy weather (outside rather than inside)..

girl e-mailed us a table (two weeks ago) showing some body fat percent targets. Unfortunately, it didn't show any way to measure body fat so I have no idea where I fall. But I decided to look it up and I think I found the original page.

Windelynn invited me out to wings with her motorcycle buddies, so went out for dinner with them. I ended up dragging most of the office with me since everybody here's into wings. I saw a bunch of guys that I recognized, but half of the group was new to me. We ended up having way more people than anticipated and our area was overflowing with wing consumers.
I hadn't been to this wing place before, but I was told that the wings were comparable to All Star wings so I wanted to compare. The wings were about the same size, and they had a fair number of sauce selections as well. The names were a bit less decipherable though, and we had to ask the waitress what each one was. At least they were pretty tasty (the ones I tried that is).
The crowd was fairly young (not too surprising considering the location) and there were some pretty good looking girls in attendance too! (Not in our group however - since there was one girl and ten guys.) I wasn't the only one to notice as a fair number of the other guys were ogling at a few of the ladies..
I didn't go out to the bar afterward though. I wanted to go home and rest up for the party on Saturday.
