The plan for today was to go check out the bike jacket sale with Windelynn and then go to the Supershow with SS. There was a huge time gap in between however, so I wasn't sure what I was going to do to pass the time, but I figured that I'll come up with something.
Well, apparently Windelynn was late when it came to going to the store, and I was stuck waiting downstairs for a while. In addition, she needed to go shopping for food afterward, so we headed down to the store and checked out the merchandise. I was interested in the suit, but Windelynn picked up the same suit (same colours as well) so I was quite hesitant in getting the same suit as her. The other guy who came along with us was looking at a jacket but decided not to buy it.
We went grocery shopping right afterward, and after wandering around the store for a while, I was convinced to go and pick up the suit. (It was an amazing deal, and I didn't want to worry about getting a jacket afterward.) So I walked back to the store and went to pick up the suit. While I was there, I got a call from the other two wondering how much the jacket cost. One thing lead to another and I ended up picking up the suit and D picked up the jacket. Ah well, I guess thinking about it helps?
Because it took us so long to get the stuff and food, it was nearly five by the time I got to SS's place so I didn't have any extra time to burn. The supershow was okay. There were tons of displays, but nothing that I was too interested in (since I was only missing a helmet). There were lots of helmets on sale, but a lot were of brands which I wasn't interested in or didn't recognize. SS was in need of everything, so I was expecting him to pick up a few items. After wandering around for over three hours, I ended up walking away with a new helmet and he ended up with just a jacket. They were good deals though, so I was good with that.
Mind you, we ended up being pressed for time for the hockey game. After dropping off the gear and grabbing a bite to eat, I dropped SS at his place and burned to the rink. I got there on time, but SS was late. I didn't play all that well today. I had tons of opportunities to score but I just couldn't buy a goal that night.
