Gas prices didn't jump last night as many people had anticipated. Despite the sudden surge in demand after work, prices didn't change at all! There were some stations that took advantage of the scare, pumping up their prices to ridiculous heights, but for the most part, nada de nada.
I got a message late in the afternoon that girl, Dangerman and BeLu were going to drop by to go skating around the track next to my condo. I figured that I would see if I could hook up with them but realized that there were two factors against me: work and sunlight. Sunset was getting so early in the day that the sun was close to setting by the time I got home. I was still able to walk out there and walk around the track a couple of times while they were blading.
We went back to Dangerman's place where he and I played a bit of the new Rainbow Six, before heading out for some Korean food. (I ordered a large bento box and that was a lot of food.)
When I left their place, I remembered that Dangerman actually drove me up, which meant that he had to drive me back. He was hoping that I would've forgotten, but then I would've wondered where my car was. Anyhoo, I got back home and watched "Final Fantasy VII: Last Order". Now if I only knew Japanese..

Prices went up to nearly $2/L in London and Stratford yesterday, but they went down again pretty fast. Now they're less than they were before.
(Even if they were going to go up, I ain't waitin' in line for $1.10/L gas. :P )
